The 0201 Case. This is a basic case; it is relatively inexpensive to manufacture and requires no origination costs unless it is ordered with print on it. It is ideal for mass production, and can be erected on an automatic case-erecting machine. The 0203 Case. Exactly the same as an 0201, however the outer flaps overlap fully to make it stronger, generally used on boxes with a narrow width. The 0204 Case. This case has all flaps meeting in the middle. If the specified box was square it would require no origination, however for a rectangular box a cutting forme will be required. The advantage is that when you are filling it you have a flat base to start with. The 0215 Die-Cut. A Die-Cut case that can be produced with a variety of locking devices for the top and has a self-assembly bottom. Requires originating. The 0303 Base and Lid. This comes flat packed with a stitched joint and is very quick to assemble. This often requires originating, however, if the sizes are compliant with our machines we can often avoid this unnecessary cost. The 0402 Die-Cut This requires origination, however it is inexpensive and excellent for packing products with a low height such as catalogue's or picture frames, it also offers low packing times and is excellent for posting.
