This is partly due to our top of the range production lines, which are all connected to an IT system for easy stock tracking, along with various finishing processes, followed by stringent quality control.

Stringent quality controls ensure only top quality materials are used at our factory, one of the most modern and efficient plants of its size in the north-west, which has recently expanded even further through a new building extension.

Environmentally friendly too, with 75% of the board delivered having been recycled, ready for runs of between 50 and 250,000 at a time, often at short notice. Not that urgency has ever phased our workforce. Many of our staff have been employed for several years and the smooth running of our operation, as well as the ability to get the job done in time, owes much to their amazing team spirit.
